How do I create an account?
Choose Create account on the login page, select Individual / Client or Practitioner, and confirm your email.
How do I connect with a practitioner?
Ask for an invitation link, or search the practitioner’s business name from Connections and sharing.
What can a connected client use for free?
Connected clients can manage skincare, haircare, and supplement regimens, record focused skin and hair changes, and upload daily progress photos with up to six photos per upload.
What can practitioners see?
By default, practitioners can see the regimens, messages, appointment notes, and progress photos included in the connection. Detailed journal entries and health background require the client to turn sharing on.
How do I stop sharing with a practitioner?
Open Care connections, open the connection, and choose Disconnect and revoke access. The connection will no longer provide access through the platform.
How many photos can I upload?
Connected clients can upload progress photos daily, with up to six photos per upload. Full Individual membership allows up to three upload days in a rolling seven-day period.
How do I change my subscription?
Open Membership from your dashboard and choose Manage subscription.
What happens when I receive an invitation?
Open the link, create an Individual / Client account or log in with the invited email, then choose Accept connection. The practitioner will appear on your dashboard after acceptance.
Do invitations expire?
Yes. Invitation links expire after seven days and can only be accepted by the email address the practitioner invited.
Is my information private?
Your journal, photos, routines, and health background are private unless you choose to share them through a connection. Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices.
Is this medical advice?
No. Entries are personal observations to discuss with a qualified healthcare professional.
What is a connected client?
A connected client gets access for free after accepting a practitioner connection. The connection links their accounts so the practitioner can provide assigned routines and communicate with them.
Free connected access includes skincare, haircare, and supplement regimens, focused daily skin and hair check-ins, and daily progress photos with up to six photos per upload. To track cycles, mood, energy, meals, sleep, bowel movements, movement, full history, pattern reviews, and up to three upload days per week, choose the US$5.99/month Individual membership.
Connected access does not give a practitioner automatic access to everything. The client chooses whether to share detailed journal entries and health background, and can revoke access at any time.
